MM Vector is our innovative project focusing on construction blueprint design and the creation of 3D models for pool enclosures. This project offers a comprehensive service that includ:

Design Criteria:

Our design follows the structural criteria of the 2023 Florida Building Code, Chapter 16 for structural design, Chapter 20 for aluminum structures, and Chapter 23 for wood structures. We adhere to applicable codes, regulations, and standards to ensure safe and durable constructions.

Wind Loads:

We calculate wind loads according to occupancy category and basic wind speed of 140 MPH. Our structures are designed to withstand horizontal and vertical pressures on surfaces with different mesh thicknesses.

Foundation Design:

We provide foundation designs that do not require additional systems if the existing structure is in good condition. Our designs ensure a solid and stable base for any construction.

Miscellaneous:

We comply with FBC requirements for pool enclosures and ensure that our aluminum additions do not compromise the integrity of existing structures, including mobile and prefabricated homes.

Fastener Specifications:

We use SAE grade 2 or better fasteners, and provide detailed specifications for applications in concrete, wood, and aluminum.

Responsibilities:

All site work is performed by licensed contractors following applicable building codes and manufacturer specifications. We ensure the integrity of the existing structure and the proper installation of all materials.

Aluminum Specifications:

Our aluminum extrusions are made of 6005 TS alloy, and are assembled with high-strength screws. The screen mesh used is of quality approved by Florida Engineering LLC.

Concrete Specifications:

The concrete used meets ASTM specifications, ensuring the necessary strength and durability for our structures.

Masonry Specifications:

We use standard concrete masonry units with a minimum strength of 1900 PSI, ensuring robust and durable constructions.

Footer Specifications:

We design the bases with a minimum coverage of 1-1/2 inches for the reinforcement steel, using concrete of at least 3000 PSI to ensure structural stability.
